7Balance progressions. Eagle pose and side-plank variations; hold-time challenges.
8Mindfulness deep-dive. Extended stillness practice; simple guided visualization.
9Flexibility milestones. Splits/backbend attempts with spotting; celebrate personal bests.
10Student-led flow. Kids take turns leading a short sequence for the group.

3Sept 22 / 24 — Spatial awareness: finding & holding an assigned spot; intro Formation 1; begin choreography section 1 (8 counts).
4Sept 29 / Oct 1 — Body isolation basics: head/shoulder/hip isolations across the floor; extend choreography section 1.
5Oct 6 / 8 — Flexibility focus: hamstring/hip-opener stretch series; choreography section 2 intro.
6Oct 13 / 15 — Rhythm building: tempo changes across-the-floor; link choreography sections 1–2.
7Oct 20 / 22 — Formation transitions: moving between two formations on cue; choreography section 3 intro.
8Oct 27 / 29 — Isolation precision drills; kick-height/flexibility progress check; run full choreography so far.
